Whenever I walk in Beauty Outlet I get overwhelmed because of all of the supplies in there. I can find anything in that store and then some from hair to gel, hair decorations, wigs, gloss, makeup, fragrance and earrings etc. I wish they were more helpful in the store; I was looking for hair extensions one day and had no clue of where to find them. There was no one to ask. Needless to say I did find something (grabbed the wrong thing) but I was able to make an exchange (they don't give cash back) so keep that in mind. Overall, it's a great store!!!

I love the selection but wish they had more stuff to choose from. Prices are a bit pricey on some stuff. Ex...$8 for lash glue, I mean come on, it's lash glue. I get lashes cheaper than that.?

I will Not spend a Dime of my coins here! Yes they have a big store with a Large selection but the customer service is #Horrible!! The cashier turned the lights off on customers that were Trying to make purchases. She did Not even offer to assist! So they obviously don't care about customers or All the money that we spend. She needs to be Educated on #CustomerService!! #TheyBlewIt And Yes I am talking about the black lady that works the cash register. SMH! DO BETTER! After that stunt I will be spending my money elsewhere! ✌️

They have a great selection... Marked up a couple of dollars higher then items on Amazon. I've reviewed this place on the past due to the lack of customer service and they may not care or pay attention to reviews bc they know that they know we'll still buy out of necessity. Not worth another dollar from me.

They have what you need, I just hate that black people don’t own and run the store. There’s no knowledge of black hair or black hair products which they sell. You can’t ask questions because they just literally don’t know.

The product selection is great, however the customer service leaves something to be desired, I never understood how you can treat the people who are paying customers like trash although the selection is great the customer service makes you want to spend your money elsewhere.

Wigs are ok. Some of the more expensive ones tangles up super quick. Moser importantly, the service here is absolutely atrocious. Worst customer service ever

I love the beauty outlet it actually has become my favorite hair cause it's the only one I've been going to. I mean , will travel all the way across town just to hit up the beauty outlet.
