I took my two daughters here today for pedicures. It was to celebrate my 10 years olds birthday. They were super kind, very accommodating and treated her so well! Even gave her a bday slushie! We had a great time and our nails were awesome! Can’t wait to go back!

Went in for a pedi and gel nails. After pedi, they did my gel nails. My polish on my toe got messed up there but I didn't realize until that nite. Went back next day, but didn't know the nail color they used. When we found what looked the color and the tech was appling, I asked if it was the same and she said yes. When I got home and looked at it, it was not. Now going on vacation with non- matching toes.

I always love coming here the facility is beautiful and modern, the staff are very friendly! Ann and Ricky did my services today and were absolutely fantastic. I got a brow wax, acrylics on my fingers with a gel manicure and pedicure and I could not be happier!!! :)Services: Acrylic nails

Stopped in yesterday and got appts for two pedicures at 10:00 today. When we went this morning, it took a while for a tech to work on my pedicure. They seated my husband in the next station and turned on the water. For the entire time that I was getting my pedicure, no one came to work on him. He essentially wasted about an hour and left without getting a pedicure. Not sure why they bother giving appts if they don’t honor it.

Cynthia did an excellent job on my French manicure! It wasn't a dip or gel, she did it free hand and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!!

I want to start off by saying Ally did my nails and she was great and very apologetic - so if you are going to come here try to get her. That said, I booked an appointment for two dip manicures with tips, one to be ombré with Koit for 11am. I called the week of the appointment to confirm. We show up a few minutes before the appointment and we’re told to write on names on the sheet so we did. My mom went back first at about 11:15 with Dan. She wanted a square shape and he told her that was not possible (again appointment was scheduled with tips and it was written on the sheet AND he put 3 tips on so not sure how it “wasn’t possible”). She asked about the dip looking like a ball on her nail because he did not shave it down at the very end and was again told it was not possible to fix. I was taken back at about 11:45 not by Koit even though he was there and I had an appointment with him at 11. Ally informed me she wasn’t able to do ombre (not a big deal I’d rather her be honest although I was annoyed I had booked and confirmed ombré and wasn’t able to get it). My mom finishes very quickly and comes and sits by me, she didn’t get a manicure even though it was booked for one and it was written on the paper. Her cuticles looked terrible and her nails were jagged. Macy (I believe this was her name) was kind enough to take care of my mom’s cuticles while my nails were being completed. Dan came over and asked her what she was doing and tried to make the situation uncomfortable for us. My mom will now have to go elsewhere to have Dan’s botched work fixed. I will certainly never be returning here nor could I recommend it to anyone - appointment times no where near being honored and service received (aside from Ally) was rushed and performed poorly.Services: Manicure

I try to use this salon whenever I am in town. This time, I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. thinking it might not be too busy. Three staff members were in, and I sill waited 45 minutes and was told I have would have to wait longer. I get that they do good work (and they do), but what is the purpose of making an appointment if a person who came in 20 minutes after I did got service within a few minutes and I was still left waiting? I could not wait any longer so had to leave. Disappointing and I will have to find a new place.Service: Pedicure

I have been been there a few times, sometimes with an appointment and other times not. It really doesn't matter either way because you wait at least an hour or more to get a basic pedicure. The manager doesn't care or even apologize for the wait. She doesn't manage the staff she has, seems like nail are a priority because I witnessed yesterday walk in for that where taken before me. I have had enough with going there expecting a different outcome. I would encourage anyone thinking about going there DON'T!

I have been coming here for several months now. Everyone is always promptly greeted and serviced pretty quickly. The service I receive from Ally is always on point. She is friendly, upbeat, professional and fun to talk to. The entire staff here is great.

Cute nails but they could have done more to improve the look of them such as remove nail bed, oil nails etc. Service is fine, probably better places on the market.
