Good Battery for the Price - 2 Yr Warranty and the sales person installed the battery in my Grand Daughters Car. They were friendly and polite and knowledgeable about what battery to use.

Replacement battery for my back-up sump pump was less expensive and immediately available for store pickup. Associate was very helpful. She even brought the new battery out to the car, brought the old one back in, and provided a $27 credit for the old one.

Watch battery changes only last 1 year. They explain that you can either pay extra for a lifetime replacement plan, or pay the regular amount for a very low quality battery. There are no other options to get a good battery, with longer life.When having my watch battery changed, the associate moved where my chronograph started and stopped. I was able to reset it after some troubleshooting, but the associate was unhelpful and kinda rude about obviously manhandling the watch. He’s more concerned with liability than actually helping his customers.Considering your overpaying for a watch battery they admit is low quality, and receiving off putting service in the process, I do not recommend them.

Tried to get a key cut.I Had my own key. And blank. Tried to charge me 69.99 just to cut, but said it needed programmed. When it didn't I have the ability to program. Just needed to cut it. Do this all the time, at different locations. 15.99 charge. This guy got rude and aggressive. I wasn't arguing and just left and will never return.
