Was in store looking around an older lady came in and ask the employee at the door where the lotions on sale for $2.95 were at. Employee took her to a display. Lady got several lotions and goes to check out and Shay the cashier rings her up and they are all full price. Lady asks about it Shay says do you have your coupon lady says I didn’t get a coupon I got an email about it and in the details it gave a code for online and said will ring up as $2.95 in store. Shay said no that’s not correct you need a coupon from the app get your phone out and log into the app and you can get that price with the coupon. Lady says I don’t have a phone I use my computer at home. Shay says well you can’t get the discount then. Next time bring a phone. Lady said I don’t want any of these then Shay says ok sorry about that but you need a phone for the discount. Shay was so rude to the lady I was shocked. I pulled the email up because I had the same one and showed Shay where it said will ring up in store and that there was no coupon mentioned for in store. Shay said well you would need to scroll to the bottom of the page and log into your account to see it. I said maybe it should say that in the details section then. Shay said well if you come in the store and there’s no sign for what you are looking for you should know you need a coupon to get the deal. I laughed and turned and walked out will never go back there and Shay needs to learn how to treat people!!!

This is one of the worst Bath & Body Works. They never stock their products good (always empty spots), their displays are a mess (candles with soaps and wallflowers on one table?), the new products are never out on release date either. The workers are chit chatting and not really working. It’s an odd store for sure, I just drive to the Fairfield Commons one- it’s much better. The Greene is the best though!

Love your candles, when you have more then 3 available. I get it, it's almost Christmas. Can't buy the ones I want online, out of stock... And lastly, got my birthday, free gift $9.99 but I can't buy something for $7.95 and apply it??? HAS to be 9.99 exactly. Hmmm. Can't find a single item, in stock, for $9.99. Thanks for the birthday coupon B&BW that I can't use

Cashier 38033032 really don’t know how to do her job needs more training when a coupon says free item up to 15.98 off that means you can get an item up to 15.98 off really bad customer service

This is a fairly smaller store than most that I shop in. They were doing their due diligence to control crowd control so they had a rope line in the mall area. I waited in line probably about 15 minutes and then was greeted by someone with a blue bag to begin my shopping process. Because this was a foreign store to me I was a little confused on the Layout, so associate, assisted me and finding what I was looking for. The customer service person ringing me out was fair.
