Absolutely awesome experience and treatment compared to the previous 7 yrs from Miami Valley Hospital on David Rd. They're overpriced and I'm glad my friend suggested Banfield because I saved $900. MVH wanted to pull 10 teeth by looking at them, Banfield pulled 3. Their pet program is top notch!!! Employees are friendly and make you feel welcome.

Our pup was sick and needed to be seen, but we couldn’t get an appointment (or even a call back) from our home clinic. Samantha and Kalynn were able to squeeze us in for an appointment and get our pet the care she needed. They were professional and patient and kind. Prices were extremely reasonable.

A wonderful and friendly group of animal lovers who have done so much to help take care of my pets. I have two cats and two dogs including one with a lot of health issues. The team at Banfield has done everything to help me take good care of all my pets. They always try to squeeze me in for last minute appointments and do everything they can to keep costs down. Dr Watkins especially has been so great.

I love this staff! I always feel so welcome and listened to when I bring my pets in. The doctors are phenomenal as well as the front office staff/technicians. Dr. Watkins, Dr. Lohrey and the techs Autumn and Josh have all been so great and lovely to interact with!

I am grateful that they saw my dog for an emergency visit with no appointment. The staff was very kind and attentive and gave my pooch top-notch care to make him feel at ease. Both the vet and vet tech were awesome. As a result, we will now come to this location for all future veterinary needs. Spartacus and I thank you.

We have had many wonderful experiences at Banfield on Far Hills and in Sarasota, Florida.Today my 9 year old dog had his teeth cleaned. Everyone was so nice and explained everything.I asked them to check a few "issues" and everything was addressed and answered.The Vet called me after his procedure..so informative and gave me time to ask questions too.The Vet Tech who checked us out was extremely informative and went over all the instructions.We always get wonderful care in this office and in Sarasota Thank you Dr. lemu and staff..you are just caring and wonderful Bob and Nora Newsock..for our pup Henry

Go to any other Pet Hospital just not Banfield. Horrible service, creepy veterinarian, and very dirty place.

I am very thankful for Benfield and their team for helping me out. My cat had to get pyometra surgery and they were very kind and helped me out. I have been out of work and prices for the surgery are extremely high and I was able to apply for help and save my cat Mia. I truly appreciate your stuff and how much you took care of my cat Mia. 10/10 recommended. Thank you

Banfield is by far the worst vet I’ve ever been to they don’t explain there wellness plans at all and then when you try and cancel it’s a hassle
