“I had an incredibly positive experience having my Jeep Wrangler repaired by Gary James, owner of Preferred Dent Repair. I stopped by Gary’s shop a few days before he was leaving to go out of state for a short time to perform repairs on vehicles that suffered storm damage, but he was willing to help me despite the time crunch. My Jeep had a notorious dent where the door slammed into the body near the windshield when I lost the handle due to a wind gust. Gary was very honest in that he was not sure that he could do the repair without damaging the paint, which I thought to be a remarkable statement since my hood was almost completely stripped of clear coat due to sun damage. He repaired the dent to perfection, but due to the age of the paint, as he predicted, the paint cracked almost unnoticeably where the dent was located, due to its age and condition. Nevertheless, Gary insisted that he would only charge me half price of what was quoted. If you have dents in your vehicle that you would like to have taken out by this technique, I cannot recommend a business more highly. Gary is honest, has integrity, is fair, is highly skilled, and is good natured person. He will not take on a job unless he is confident in his ability to get good results.”

“Needed some tires went to a tire shop,got tires but did an alignment and poor diagnosis. Took to Ford and they took care of me. And aligned my truck! My service advisor Daulton Tuttle was more then helpful and didn’t charge me for anything other then an alignment. Promised the next day but received same day! Thx again”

“Bought a new car. 2011 Buick Acadia Denali. I wanted to get it checked out to make sure it was safe and had no issues. Told them that because i just bought it preferably I wanted to get a tune up, oil change and have them look at the my break sensors because the dash notifications were on. As suspected were ALL bad! They did such a great job with my car! Everything was done within 2 hours! Very professional, very informative and kind people. Brad and his wife as well as his crew were all very kind to me. “My truck has been shaking and rattling for quite some time now and I needed to find out what was going on with it. She’s my only vehicle and she does have some age and mileage on her so I was reluctant in even bothering to get her fixed. I was referred by another shop and I decided to give it a go. My appointment was today and from start to finish the experience was great. I arrived late and they still took my truck in. I was updated on the condition of my truck, pricing and duration of time it would take to complete. It was completed in the same day. My truck feels brand new to me. Quiet, no shaking and acceleration is great. I am satisfied with what I was charged because the work was such high quality. “My husband and I live in Louisiana and have been searching all over the country for the exact car we had in mind for approximately 2 months. We were in contact with numerous dealership salespeople and have dealt with a lot of deceiving information from every last one of them until we called Jeff Wyler Acura dealership where they had advertised the exact car we were looking for. Thank goodness Tyler was the one we got in touch with there! He was so accommodating, nice and upfront about everything we discussed, and never once tried to deceive us about any aspect of the car and buying process. We were a little, well a lot, suspicious of salespeople due to our prior dealings, so poor Tyler dealt with our extreme skepticism like a pro and earned our total respect and felt comfortable enough to make the deal happen all done over the phone. We flew to Dayton, Ohio from Louisiana to complete the deal and drove the car back home. The deal was conducted very smoothly thanks to both Tyler and Michael in their finance department. Michael was careful not to push anything on us and only gently explained our options and discussed those options with us at length to make sure we understood them. Tyler and Michael are, by far, the best salesperson/finance processor we have ever encountered! I just wish the rest of the dealerships around the country had employees like these guys. They are the exception to the saying about how buying a car could be a nightmare (or something like that.) I'm just so grateful that I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing our beautiful 2023 Infiniti QX60. We still are in awe of everything about this whole unconventional purchase.”

“I Bought a brand new trailer from the manufacturer. I kind of expected the axles to be in alignment, but the trailer was dog tracking bad. I had to drive using all of the lane to get it down the road. After Acme aligned it, well it handled like a dream. It almost drove my tow vehicle. When the trailer is in alignment it's easy to drive it down the highway. When it's not in alignment, well just hold on to the steering wheel because its gonna be a battle.
This is an Excellent, first quality place to bring your business.
The trailer supplier would have fixed it but there wasn't a local dealer. What a wonderful end to a nightmare. The supplier did reimburse me for the work done. but I'm so happy I had it fixed here. Excellent experience with the entire team at ACME.”
