So my husband and I bought a truck from there last year and had the absolute worst experience ever. We took it to a mechanic, Firestone to be exact, and they checked over everything, said everything was great except the brakes. That was fine with us, we had the money to fix it, so we bought the vehicle. $8,000+ after taxes and everything. We bring it back to the exact same Firestone and are told they can’t do the brakes because the frame is way too rusted that it can’t even be put up on a lift. Now how on Earth did a dealership not know that? How could you not check a frame out? Not only did they not check, they put cardboard and newspaper in the holes and spray painted over it. I feel like they also paid the mechanic at Firestone to clear the vehicle because there’s no way that they would miss it the first time and catch it the second. Absolutely no way. To make matters worse, the check engine light came on after driving the vehicle for less than a week. The vehicle we bought and paid money we worked hard and saved for is worth $425. I even reached out to the dealership today and he swore to me he had no idea, that he bought it from the auction like that. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check a vehicle, but instead they made every effort to cover up everything. If you value your hard earned money, do not go here. Absolutely shadiest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. And before he tries to comment and say we never shopped there, I’m going to put a photo of the title. One star is too many, -10 is more like it.

Very nice owner, we bought our Nissan Cube from him and he was Very Professional Very kind and Very Knowledgeable. He works on the cars himself, he knows what is going on with Them!If you are going to buy a car off North Dixie, stop here and see what he has first! You will not be disappointed. Zaid is awesome, I was communicating with him throughout the day to close a deal, he was open to me calling him after hours while he was at home with his kids to help me out. Let me go on a long test drive and all all really helped me get the car I was looking for. Seems really knowledgeable about HIS vehicles and where they came from, how he acquired them. He provided a transparent process that was easy and quick. 10/10 would recommend. Ron the salesman I was with also was very helpful and led to making it an easy transaction.

Awful! The owner forgot about our appointment and when he finally showed up he acted mad at us for wanting to see a car. I tried to overlook all of that and chalk it up to him having a bad day. However, the post about the vehicle I wanted to test drive said everything was in working order. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The back breaks were grinding terribly, nothing that was electrical on the dash was working, the air conditioning nor the heat would turn on and there was a tick in the motor. Needless to say this place is a hot mess!
