We have been bringing our animals here for 14 years and they completely lost our trust today. Our cat was scheduled for a dental cleaning. We forgot to pull up his food and water last night. I let the vet assistant know that when we dropped him off. She said it should be okay since the cleaning was going to be later in the day. I get a call an hour later saying they can't do the procedure because we can't be sure if he ate or drank recently.
No problem. No harm no foul.
Then they tell me that they administered a pain med injection to him so he may be loopy for a day. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU GIVE MY CAT A PAIN INJECTION IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO THE PROCEDURE? He already has issues with pain meds (constipation) that the vet is aware of. It seems like oversight has gone out the door here. And now we will be finding a new vet.

Dr Bahn and her staff are wonderful!! My did absolutely loves going for his visits. Most of the time, they're able to schedule my dog within 24 hrs when he gets sick, so that's a perk. Definitely recommend Dr. Bahn!

This place is wonderful. We have taken our pets here for over a decade. Both doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain your pet's condition and the options available. They have have helped us say goodbye to two of our cats in the most graceful way possible. It is clear how much they care about animals, and even after we moved out of town, we continued to come back to Animal M.D. because other vets did not compare to the care we received here. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

my 11 year old puggle had to be sedation to have his teeth cleaned and some pulled. I was truly a nervous wreck as he has not been sedated since he was a puppy. They did an amazing job at calming my nerves, made sure he was as comfortable as possible, and the surgery went GREAT. He is home and happy, and we are so thankful. I take all 3 of my dogs here, several times a year, have seen both doctors and all the techs. Everyone is so kind and informative! Thank you Animal MD!

if you care about basic human decency towards each other don't go here.
i came here for yearrrrssss before Bahn took over. today i was asked to leave because they sent a brand new tech in to handle my doggie that has a history of clogged anal glands and the tech didn't know what she was doing and when questioning Bahn about it was asked to leave because i was"being to much"
Bahn will talk to you like she's better than you and when you question her she will just repeat herself in a condescending tone as if she doesn't have to explain herself anymore and you have no clue what your talking about.
the whole vibe and attitude soon as you walk through the doors is awful. the front desk lady is always miserable and and talks to you rude as if your bothering her..
