Had the pleasure of doing business with Walt. He was super kind, courteous, and patient; and made the whole thing go by quick and painless. Not to mention he saved me a trip to the dealership by offering to deliver my keys as well. 10 out of 10 experience, will do business with Walt & Already there towing if I ever need towing service again in the future.

Excellent customer service. My car wouldn’t start and it was parked at my sons daycare. He swung by my house first to pick up the key and then towed it to my shop of choice. He was at my house within 10 minutes of my call to the business.

I’ve used this company twice. I was impressed the first time with how friendly and competent the young man was that loaded my car. I knew I could count on them when it was time to take it from the house to the shop. The second time was even better. The young man, Jordan, was incredibly fast and so polite. They arrived in about 30 minutes, which is pretty quick, if you’ve ever waited for a tow.The cost is extremely reasonable, too. It’s never a good day when your car is broken and needs a tow, but this team is extremely caring and very good at what they do. 10/10 would recommend.
