I have gone to Affinity for years. The past two visits, I paid substantially more the for same service as they charged me for “extra bowls” of color/extra toner. Again, same hair, same service, same outcome. I left feeling nickeled and dimed, like they were intentionally finding ways to charge me more. Not right!!

Another update ♥️After cutting all my hair off, which I LOVE, I noticed a spot in the back that separated and I had to constantly work on that spot to get it to lay right. Well, last visit with Paula I explained this to her and God only knows what she did but with this latest cut the spot is GONE!!!! Total miracle worker she is!! ♥️Updating my post from a month ago ♥️I was feeling like I needed a change and communicated this to Paula. After a few picture exchanges and conversations, we made a big change in my cut and I am absolutely thrilled! Give this salon a chance and you won’t be disappointed!This is my review from a year ago, and I still feel the exact same way about this salon, and especially Paula Barrows! She has my highlights down to an exact science and I absolutely LOVE it! She is so willing to do different cuts, even if it’s just tweaking it a bit, or a major change. You won’t be sorry if choosing this salon!I have been a customer of this salon for over 20 years and it has never disappointed! Customers come first, service is amazing, and the all the stylist are well educated. Paula was not available for my cut, so Kristin helped me and was so pleasant. She did exactly what was asked and did it expertly. This salon is the absolute best!!!! Thank you all!!!

Posting this for my wife as she is very non confrontational but something needs to be said and the public needs to be warned. This is hands down the worst salon I have ever stepped foot in. Affinity used to be amazing and always received rave reviews while still under old ownership by Craig. He made the very unfortunate decision of selling the salon to a lady named Domenica, who has single handedly RUINED Craig’s hard work and dedication to make the salon what it was. Domenica is unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to not only customers but her staff as well, which is why I have watched COUNTLESS very very talented stylists walk out. The salon inside is filthy and looks like it’s straight from the 80’s, I’ve heard a lot of talk of them doing renovations but still not much has been done besides a small paint job here and there. My wife constantly talks about how they let their clients leave with splotchy and uneven color (check the latest Facebook post and zoom in if you don’t believe me). She had stopped getting color done and has only been getting hair cuts and waxing services but after so many disappointing trips to the salon I think she may be done and will be taking her business elsewhere. I wish this salon could have a turn around but I genuinely believe Domenica has thoroughly ran this salon into the ground. Only a matter of time before they will be closing the doors, mark my words.Services: Hairstyling

LOVE this salon❤️so beautiful and the staff is so friendly and amazing. Great atmosphere. Everyone walking out so happy with amazing hair. I got my hair cut and highlights by Sarah last week and was back again first chance she was available to get my daughter 's hair done. Her talent shines through and through with her beautiful hair she creates. So impressed with her and very thankful I found her and this salon. Thank you so much . Forever customer here.

I've had a few appointments with Sarah. she does an amazing job each time. She is awesome at blonde toning and highlights. The highlights are so meticulous and clean looking! She works fast, and is so kind! And I'm always switching up my haircut, I usually show her a picture and she makes it happen. so glad I found this place. Also- today they had free mimoas! I was so excited, perfect timing because its my first day of a 2 week vacation.

Before I decided to write this review, I read all the other reviews. Most of the reviews are from years ago. I think the salon has changed in the recent year. I’ve been to the salon about six times and each time there was some issue. I kept going back, hoping that it would improve And giving them second and third chances. I had my hair colored there on a few occasions and only once did the color turn out right. I had my haircut there on three occasions, and only once was the cut right. I just kept hoping that I would get a good cut again, but I never did. The flat ironing was terrible . The flat iron she used was not a new one. It seem to be an old Chi which did not work properly. I felt the atmosphere was slightly negative. The owner saw me on several occasions as someone else’s client and she never spoke to me. One night she even checked me out, rang up my Service and she was very standoffish. I decided then that would be the last time I would go to the salon so I’m giving them a three because I don’t want to be too hard because I think there are good people there that try but you can get better service and customer friendliness at some other shops in the area.Services: Hairstyling

I had the most amazing time at Affinity today. My stylist, Morgan, is so so amazing! Everytime I have come she has always been so welcoming and kind and does an absolutely amazing job! I am always so pleased and happy every time I leave.

I do believe I have found my forever salon! I walked in with thick long hair having not had it cut in over a year and walked out with the best hair cut I have ever had. Grace was wonderful we discussed different ideas and even tried a bob before deciding to go shorter with a pixie.Did not have to wait Grace was standing at the receptionist desk when I walked in waiting for me.Truly love my hair for the first time in many years.Service: Haircut

Went here after having a stylist for 10 years. I was super nervous since I had curly hair, but the hair stylist Grace did AMAZING. I have zero complaints for this salon. Amazing and super kind staff. Can’t wait to go again!Services: Haircut
