AAA left me and my motorcycle stranded 90 miles from home. I had a flat tire on interstate 75 in Kentucky at 6:00 pm and after several calls to AAA they finally told me I would have to find my own tow truck because none of there tow truck companies would come out. Finally at 12:00 my motorcycle was safely off the interstate.

My parents had some problems at the height of covid getting back from an Alaskan cruise booked through AAA. AAA was wonderful in helping to find an alternate route home

Poor service. Called for battery jump. Representative stated my battery was bad and needed replaced. Took original battery back to dealer who stated was good and AAA states 8 out of 10 batteries need replaced regardless of condition. AAA will not give refund or take back battery. Get second opinion if they state battery bad.10-15-23. Have been in contact with Member Relations who stated I told them to put battery in and they will not refund or take back. I advised under recommendation of their representative. Poor service.

Absolute garbage. Dispatch repeated my location back to but sent it as a different place. Sat hours. At 2:30 in the morning on the highway. Strange people kept stopping. I was scared and I called her back got an attitude and canceled on. Never ever will they het my money again
