Came in today to find some pants. Was greeted with “what do you need” I proceeded to just say I need some navy pants for work , no specific band or style, just looking to try different kinds on to see what fits me best. I then get questioned for about 5 minutes about what I need to make sure I know what I need as if I didn’t already say. I let the girl help me and tell her i usually wear a 28-29. She proceeded to look me up and down and say “not to doubt you but here is a 38 and 40”. I understand tactile pants run small but to be a young girl and be treated and handed a pair of pants that my dad could fit in, kinda hurt. After trying them on, she acted surprised that they were WAY too big *while still looking me up and down* I give her another shot to get me a smaller size but she grabs a size 31, holds them up, and says “these are just really small with no stretch, you can try them if you want but they are just super small” *while comparing them and directing to my body* I’m a young and don’t have a Barbie body…But I’m also not getting talked down on as if I’m fat and need a 40! 28 and gave me a 40! I don’t know if this happened because I’m a young female or what but very unprofessional.
Not to mention the girl helping me was bigger than me. And being a woman helping another girl, you would think body profiling would not be a concern, but it clearly was. I proceeded to say I would just order another pair of the 5.11s I have, said thanks anyways, and left. Rude and unprofessional! Thanks for making me feel good about myself tho :/

Stopped in today for an embroidery hat. They had hats, but none were embroidered with what I needed. They quickly went and asked the person doing the embroidery if they could get me in. They had me fixed up in about 15 minutes. I'm sure due to their service to multiple agencies and private companies they were already very busy in the embroidery department, but they got me in with friendly service!! I have been going there for almost 26 years and its always a pleasure!! Thanks!

Customer service is non existent. I actually walked out because no one would assist me. Sadly we have a contract with them so I had to order my pants from them. After one week the hem came out in one long thread. If I didn't have to use their service I would never. Wish I could give no stars.

if you want your uniforms in less than 6 months and the sizes correct for vests then this is NOT the place to buy.

In the 6 years my husband has bought his work boots here our experience has been wonderful. The gals are helpful in our decision making and they have great knowledge of the huge selection of boots they carry. Always friendly. A well-oiled machine. Thank you ladies!

Have used them for about 4 years now. Always thought prices were a bit high, service usually hit or miss, overall though have been fairly pleased with them. However my latest experience will be my last with Davids. It took 3 weeks total to get some uniform embroidery done, I fought with them over the phone for 2 weeks because they wanted to short cut the embroidery since doing it the right way "took too long" and have done it the right way several times for other people I know. I would have gladly paid extra for the time to do it the right way but now I'm stuck with a expensive jacket that I lost function in because the right way took too long.
