I bought a heated mattress pad from them this year (22). Plugged it in, it heated, but was off in the AM with a Failure showing on both controls. They sent me new controls. Same problem. Made me send it back at my cost. Weeks later I called and "Oh, it just got here" (according to the USPS it had been there for a couple weeks). They put it in a box and sent it back - STILL not working. I had to pay another round of shipping to send it back and had to fight for even a partial refund. I would not recommend this company.

I bought an electro warmth mattress pad in 1998 for my semi bunk and use it every winter it still works great 20 years later. They are great. I love mine
