“Friendly service by a trusted community bank. I had planned to take some time during the day to open an account and when I arrived at the Howard branch there's a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed due to short-staffing. I didn't love that! So I called the ladies inside and asked when they'd re-open or whether Danville was open. The teller said she could help me open the account through the drive-through. I filled out the paperwork, she copied my ID, and I ran some errands before she called to say the computer work was done and I could return to sign off on the papers. She even gave me the "free gift" (flashlight) through the drive-thru drawer. I appreciate that Killbuck Bank continued their service despite the doors locked due to shortstaffing.”
