I have a 2009 Acura tl that requires 91 octane or above. I've filled up there a few times before I realized my car was making a funny noise called engine ping. It's when you run low octane fuel in a car that calls for higher octane. I paid $60 for a tank of fuel I expect to get what I pay for. I brought it to the managers attention but he just said they tested it when it was delivered and it was good but provided no proof. I tried reporting to someone but nobody monitors false fuel octane advertising on ohio. All marathons in stark and Wayne co I've had this same problem. Id say it's all of them.

I would like a the owner to call me one of your night workers paid for my stuff after I asked her to put it back and now she is harassing me making me feel not wanted I buy like 4 packs of cigs a day milk and now I drive to orville or across the street the night lady is unprofessional

Night attendant don’t care about customers, doors are closed at 12:00 & a window will b open, but u can keep knoCking on window & night attendant standing inside looking at you but don’t bother to listen to you.

Horrible service, I exchanged a propane tank here and when I went to use it for the first time for an Easter cookout the valve on top was broken. I brought it back to the store where the girl on duty told me she wouldn’t trade it out for another because she wasn’t “authorized” and she would not call the manager when I asked.

This place has the rudest staff. We stopped here passing through to get gas and a snack. They had signs in the cooler advertising a sale on Coke products. When my husband went to the register to pay, the drinks rang up incorrectly. When he questioned it and brought up the tags in the cooler, the cashier rudely told him it was for Pepsi products. He then went back and took a picture of the tags in the cooler, to which the follow up rude response was, Diet Coke isn't a Coke product, and again they refused to honor the price that they advertised. Lesson learned on this one... Run out of gas before going here again. You will over pay for it anyway, since they are isolated for that stretch of the highway.
