“My experience here over time has been excellent overall. To start with, the worst I can report having experienced is waiting 10 minutes for service on a few occasions within the last few years. I'm doing a lot more mailing recently and I've hardly ever had to wait more than a minute recently.The staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful, and quite courteous every time they work with me. They will always help me save costs wand find the best shipping option, which is why I deal with USPS at this location almost exclusively for my shipping needs.I had a passport done at this location once and it was a very quick and easy process. Every service the staff has done here for me is top notch!”

“The best post office in my area hands down! I go out of my way to drop packages for my small business at this location. Findlay will not process incoming mail for days, Cygnet PO sends to Detroit where packages may sit for 1-2 weeks before continuing to their destination. All of my mail is delivered within 4 days keeping my customers super happy. Plus everyone is always super nice. Thank you!”
