Chris Bates is a terrible person and is very rude and disrespectful his business is ran very poorly. He has pulled many people down because his business is not going well or there business is doing better. Chris is disrespectful to people of color and people with mental and physical disorders and disabilities. OVIDED THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COASTS

Waited in line for 2hr. After i finally got paid, I asked the lady how late they were taking loads. Told if in line by 4 they will take it. Drove 45 min. Home, 45min back. In line by 2:30 and told to leave, they not taking anymore loads. What a waste. Poor managment, poor decission making, a huge joke all around. They just lost a customer for life.

This place has poor management. Poorly run. Lies to its customers, and turns people away without notice. They dont want your buisness. Stay away. Confront them, or leave an unfavorable comment and they block you and delete your comments. They dont want people to know how bad this place is.

We did a fairly large commercial job in the Findlay area and dealt with Bates for the first time. They run a very professional operation. Communication was great, unloading was efficient, and the yard is the cleanest we've ever come across.

My sick brother wasn't allowed to remove his valid, legal license plate from the vehicle he drove in to scrap. He was on his way to the hospital and was unable to meet the sheriff to get it back. Make sure you take your plate off before you drive onto their property. No, there was NO TRUCK WAITING TO USE THE SCALE. That is a LIE. She stopped us from removing it.

I brought zinc bars over one day he said he had a machine that says that has iron Hopper and something else he says that that he can throw it in with something else but apparently he had to have a label of some sort this is like half a year ago he means it really untrustworthy and I really didn't go back
