Great Vets

Why is it called a vet hospital if the clinic refuses to see an animal that they don't normally see or answer any questions of a concerned pet parent - very deceiving name and completly heartless to help an animal isn't that what a vet clinic is supposed to be about?!?

This has been a great vet so far. They seem caring and personable. Prices seem fair compared to other areas vets.

The kindness my fur baby and I receive is amazing. The vets are also great to thoroughly explain everything and answer all questions.

Caring, kind, expert knowledge, onsite lab and pharmacy, best vet practice we've experienced in two states over 20 years and 4 dogs. Our very sick dog was seen the same day on two occasions. Gave him fluids on yet a third day without an appointment. Just the best, with a special thanks to Dr. O'Neil.

Appointments are always booked out MONTHS, called to get our senior dog in early and was put on a wait list. An appointment opened up and they called me claiming it was the next day at 12:45 pm. Dragged my toddler and senior dog an hour just to find that the building was locked and closed up for the day. Extremely disappointed. Tried to call to leave a voicemail and they don’t have one anymore. Will be switching vets.

Lets not forget how horrific the service was in 2020/2021 with not allowing paying customers in the building, and as a result all the misses on certain ailments. The ownership was horrific and and a change needed; but the self serving and silly policies will never be forgotten or forgiven and I switched vets as a result. The parking lot system was a slap in the face to all the customers and pets that kept you in business and grew your business all these years.

We’ve always felt like our cats get the best care at Wyoga Vet. From annual checkups and minor procedures, to multi-day stays monitoring life threatening illness, the staff has always been professional, considerate, and showed a genuine care for our pets. We’re very lucky to have them in our community.

Dr. O'Neil is AMAZING. He is professional, patient (with me too), knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does.
The girls at the front desk are equally professional and friendly. Top notch practice in my opinion!

I’ve been taking my dog here since he was 7 weeks old and just recently left the practice. The appointments are very chaotic and half of the time the techs, and staff have no idea why you are even there. I’ve had to explain multiple times my dogs medical history and concerns because they seem to forget and or did not write it on his chart. They rush appointments and seem to only think of your animal as a number, not a patient. I am so sad to see this practice go downhill. I would avoid if you are looking for a place that is thorough; because this is not it.

I love Wyoga Veterinary Hospital. I have been taking my pets here for years. The staff is friendly. The cost is reasonable. I recommend everyone I know to this facility.
