I wish I could give more STARS! The Wayne agency has been nothing less than EXCELLENT! Sarah and Corrie have certainly went well and above in my auto & renter insurance policy ! These ladies are quick to assist reply or answer any questions you may have ! I recommend anyone come and see for yourself just how much money you not only save but top tier insurance companies they branch out to ! I am ever so grateful and will never go back to whom I had used prior to switching into the Wayne agency! Thank you so very much for doing the BEST JOB As well as making sure we understood and were satisfied with the ensuing to my policy! All I have to say is once you go from some higher level agency to a family owns in my eyes I stick with family over corporate or any agency only trying to suck younr pockets dry! Again thank you for everything !!!

Hands down, best insurance agency ever. Been with them for years and they have always treated me with courtesy and like I’m a member of the family. I’m a pretty “needy” insurance person, putting cars in storage, changing vehicles, and contacting them when i see the prices going up. Rachel and the team are ALWAYS willing to work with me on finding great ways to save money, as well as explaining insurance items that i just don’t understand.
I’ve recommended a lot of friends and family members to the Wayne Agency as well, and they are all thankful for them as they have saved everyone a boat load of money.
Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely dont recommend. They pulled a bait and switch move. I was told on a wed the “under writers” had reviewed my info for my policy and that it was accurate. I was of course charged and started my policy immediately. Monday comes and im getting a call about my policy rate changing and the under writers were actually out of town and did not view my driving record. They raised my premium substantially for a ticket 3 years old. I canceled immediately. My original review was disputed and removed by the wayne agency. Any negative reviews they’re going to dispute them. Beware and proceed with caution when it comes to them.

Rachel called me and she was very hostile like she knew me. She didn’t give me the best service. Idk if it was because I’m a young black women or if she knew me from somewhere or someone she know know me from somewhere or if she was just having a bad day!! But I will not be using her services!!
