I was there on 8/7/24 at 10am and the girl behind the counter was so rude. She didn’t even acknowledge me because she was texting. When she finally asked me what I needed her phone rang and it was obviously a friend because they were talking about bringing food to a party. She used the F word several times and never got off the phone during my whole transaction. The most unprofessional occurrence I’ve ever seen and been part of at a post office. Never return to 2nd st post office.

Workers are fine... BUT can USPS actually supply enough employees for this location? Why would you staff a facility with 1 person when it clearly takes more than 1 person to operate. It's about a 50/50 chance you can walk in and are able to send a piece of mail. I'd prefer to take the guessing game out of whether or not I can use my local USPS each day... but that's just me

Saddest Service Ever!Soon as You Walk in at 4:50 03/14/24 the lady say Sorry in advance if I don’t get to u, I close my window at exactly 5pm.Where they do that at? An moving slow to make it a point not to serve the few people in line!Worst Customer service Ever!& will not Return for Anything!!All I wanted was 3 stamps.

In the last two weeks I went to post office 3 times & left.Why: If your going to process passports at this facility. Could you please STAFF more than one person per shift. Its ridiculous to either wait 15minutes or leave & come several times. My heart bleeds for your overworked, under paid employees who then, have to deal with angry customers for the wait. It is not the employees fault. I feel terrible for those employees getting verbally mistreated. I have witnessed this abuse, Due to your lack of concern & appropriate staffing. Please HIRE more people.Thank you

Typical government office, lazy employees who show up late/aren't ever at the desk when there are lines to the door. Not sure why they're booking two passport appointments at the same time with two people working the desk. This shuts down package/mail drop off. Please do a better job. Your whole purpose is to accept/deliver packages and mail.

I went in today to get a passport. While greeting and addressing the woman at the booth (who ignored me at first and was still reading her book when I was talking), I was immediately interrupted with “do you have an application?” I told her no, as the email that I received clearly stated that I was to fill one out once I arrived. No worries, things get mixed up, I work in customer service myself and I get it. These interruptions, along with blatant and unnecessary disrespect continued for the entire time I was there. I can handle rude people, people have bad days sometimes. What really sparked this review was the homophobic comment this woman made to me when I put my girlfriend as my emergency contact. She asked our relationship when I put her down on my application, she side eyed me a little, I’m used to it. When I was handed my papers back, I asked the woman if I needed to hold on the the physical 2x2 passport picture I was handed back with my papers, she responded “How about you give it to your girlfriend” in a very degrading tone and gave me the look. I laughed in shock, as no one has said anything that degrading regarding my sexuality since high school. I walked in with a smile, and walked out in tears this woman made me so unbelievably angry. I am ashamed that my tax dollars go here, what a waste of resources.

Went into this location panicking because my package was getting shipped back to sender (this was a sweepstakes prize so I wasn’t sure if the company would reship) all because the company didn’t add my unit number to my address. Laura and Z were amazing and helped get this situation fixed and made enough small talk to keep me calm. I was able to get my package at a different location after Laura worked her magic. These two ladies were super professional and provided customer service you just don’t see every day. Stuff like this needs called out every time! Thank you Laura and Z!!

Been going here for years, never had any issues. Ingrid is the worst human being I’ve dealt with her attitude is crazy, someone who can barely read does not need to be working back there. Was sitting on her phone in front of me while I waited to be helped. Terrible customer service from her, everyone else at that location has been nothing but amazing. Probably never going back tho
