“I walked into Al Spitzer Ford exhausted from looking at cars all day and had the good fortune to be introduced to Bryan Allen. He was friendly, helpful, relaxed (which helped me relax) and didn’t apply any pressure. He was simply helpful. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted on the lot but did find it in PA. Getting it brought in from there required a non refundable deposit and commitment to buy. No pressure was put on me to do so but ultimately I did agree. The next business day, Bryan called me and he was the one who drove to go get my vehicle. He checked in with me during the trip and got the information for me that I’d asked him to. The next day (today) I went in and made the purchase. He was again very friendly and helpful. The whole team there made it easy on me and the process went quickly and painlessly (and I hate car shopping so it’s a big deal for me to say that). Bryan spent quite a while with me helping me figure out how everything worked. I wasn’t rushed off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership and Bryan Allen in particular. Thanks Bryan!!”

And the quality of the few they had were the best I’ve seen yet especially for a sticker price of 7500 for a couple of them, I was astounded. Great service, great help finding a vehicle.
