There are many reasons I only go to Don Sitts. EVERY employee makes you feel like you're the only person on the lot looking for a car. They don't push you or hound you, they step back and let you look for yourself. They don't try to "sell" you the car they simply tell you about the car and allow you to make YOUR decision. There is NO pressure. Don, Rob, Jeff, and Ed have been absolutely amazing over the years.
The other reason we only utilize Don Sitts is the service department. Rob & Jeff have ALWAYS been amazing to work with over the years. I take the car in and they tell me what is wrong with the car (in laymen's terms), recommend what should be done now and what can wait (yet still be safe) and allow me to make my own informed decision. They always try to get you in right away, if they can.
