They won't accept returns in the original manufacturer packaging (the box it came in). Dumbest thing ever and nothing short of a cash grab so you pay for packaging. Staples accepted it with no questions asked... That's right, Staples would take a box with a UPS label on it, but the UPS store wouldn't... What type of world are we living in...?

I was told that they will not accept my Amazon return in the original manufacturer box that the item came in. So I drove to another UPS location and they accepted my Amazon return with no issue what so ever. Would not waste your time with this UPS location I believe they are just trying to sell you packaging material that you do not need to make a dollar .

The people working here are fantastic. First, they handle everything fast. Second, they are so helpful even when things need extra attention. I sent a print jobs there through the UPS Store, and for some reason, it didn’t get sent to them. They helped me get it sent to them directly and took care of it immediately. They took what could have been a big problem for me (the forms had to get to a doctor’s office ASAP) and handled it professionally and quickly. I will definitely continue to use this location!!

Told I need to purchase a box to return Amazon package when item was already in a box. Beware these clowns do as little work as possible & tried to charge $25 for a box. You been warned this place isn’t worth the drive. Go to Tallmadge UPS they shipped no problem the owner sounds like a real top notch guy clapping back at every review. Amazon and UPS customer service sucks I wouldn’t give 1 star

First, I have to say I feel for the employees in this situation as a customer-facing employee as well. Though that doesn't excuse the negligence or attitude this worker had. There was a small box with a sign on it that wasn't very visible to anyone who would be walking up or carrying something like I was. Under the box were human feces. A poor older lady stepped into it and was justifiably confused as she did not see the box. The worker had an immediate attitude that the lady didn't see the sign that wasn't highly visible or in her field of view. He began to curse and swear and cop an attitude at this poor lady who had just stepped in a biohazard that should have been cleaned up prior or properly sectioned off before someone could clean it up. I get being frustrated at someone leaving feces at your store, but taking it out on a bystander without prior knowledge is unprofessional and unsanitary. I don't know their policy is on things left of that nature, but this certainly was not the right way for this gentleman to be handling the situation by swearing and causing a scene over an honest mistake from someone else's negligence.

Awesome customer service here, especially from the manager Camryn - above and beyond! I recently had a complicated shipping situation. We were traveling and shipped some items for our trip ahead of us, which were refused and returned. Absolutely no fault of ours or the UPS Store!! Camryn worked with me over email to get our package re-shipped to us along our trip route. Great communication and SUPER helpful. THANK YOU!!!

Be prepared to pay $1 for a few pieces of tape if you haven't pre-taped your package. I have never had to pay for tape at other UPS stores and feel that this is a rip-off. There should at least be a sign posted indicating that this is their policy. I had already scanned my package for shipping, otherwise I would have left the store and gone elsewhere.

Usually I love my Amazon returns through this store, however this time, I brought my item back in its box, but because it had a flap that was a little loose, I was told I needed to pay a dollar to have it taped shut...?????? So I thought that was tacky for sure. :)
