They take an hour and a half for lunch even thought it is posted 30 mi. Then they take patients out of order when they finally show up. And yeah they don't answer their phone either. Could have been taken care of and back home had I driven to Cleveland. Finally left after wasting an hour. This lab is a joke. You think they would at least acknowledge you. Why are they here? Walk in for nothing lab. A 1 star is a gift.

Unprofessional, rude, no form of proper communication and a abundance of ATTITUDE. I don’t know what happened to real nurses nowadays but they’ve got a bunch of Karen’s working in this establishment.
