Great customer experience, I love getting my car washed here the team does a great job they vacuum your entire car and wash your mats too. The owner is a really nice guy. They did raise their prices recently though so I don't go as frequently anymore.

Terrible customer service paid to get car wash plus left a tip didn’t clean inside of the car ask manager to come look she told me you have to request to clean ash tray out

he is unfair to employees and unprofessional at times on his detailing, all about the money and not the quality of work, and the work load isnt anywhere near worth the pay , would not recommend this shop.

I took my recently purchased 2009 Lancer GTS, had it for about a week. Very nice only 37000 + miles from Georgia. I wanted to have a good coat of wax applied. I have taken other cars in the past to them for a buff and wax job. Well, boy have they changed. My car's finish has been ruined by their buff guy who has burned the clear coat off in large spots that they just tried to hide with their smoke and mirrors approach! Once it got rained on the damadge showed like a sore thumb! Never take a car to a place like SuperSonic detail they will ruin it for sure. I will see what kind of owners they are if they pay to have it repaired(repainted most likely) or I will take them to court. My car was like new and now it isn't due to their inexperienced buffer who they said was their manager lol what ever. If that's the best they got all beware , not to mention the way they scratched areas that also will need to be repainted now. Why not take responsibility when you know you have done wrong. All they want to do is refund my money, big deal a drop in the bucket to what it will cost to repair over 700.00+. :( Where did all the integrity go in this country? :(
