“Again, nothing but a positive experience. I submitted an order late on Thursday night and made an obvious error on a size. They were calling me first thing Friday morning to confirm/correct. Customized embroidered items included and they arrived at my house on the next Wednesday with the standard shipping. I'm pretty sure nobody beats their customer service.”

“I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”

“Visited Foot Locker and scoped out some kicks for my son. We saw a pair of Nike tennis shoes for $130. I told my son his budget was $100, so work within that. He was okay with it. He found a $100 pair of shoes that looked just like the $130 pair. And, they were on sale for $69.99. So he tried them on and liked them. When we checked out, they rang up as $99.99, so the manager had to adjust the price to match the sale price, but this was done with no issues. The staff was friendly and the shoes are trendy.”

“Needed an elegant, formal dress for a black-tie gala this weekend. Within 30 minutes, I found and tried on multiple beautiful gowns that fit perfectly and walked out with "the one." Fabrics and stitching were high-quality and prices were very reasonable.”

“I was hesitant on stopping in Lids because I know the prices are high. My wife suggested on stopping in to take a look. So we did. The manager of the store (Can’t remember his name) asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We took a look at some hats and the prices were high. He mentioned the had a coner of sale hats. I gave him my size and he came up with the perfect hat and I absolutely love it. I wound have never seen the hat if it was not for him. The price was not horrible. Under $30 and steam bent the brim. I wound recommended. For the prices and service.”

“I've been buying discs from John here for the last 3 years. He has always been so helpful and his staff too as I was building my game and building my bag. This week I had The misfortune of my car burning down to the ground with all the discs I owned along with it. I came in tonight to get some discs and these guys went out of their way to help me and put together a package I could afford that will start me back on the road to my collection.
