I needed a new AVR did a ton of research and I decided a Sony ES5000 was the best choice for me. I usually buy my stuff at Best Buy but they didn't have one to listen to and Sound & Vision did so I left a message before they were open and I got a call from Jax Mellinger. He said they had one set up in the switch room and we could come and listen to it and see what we thought. I was a little hesitant going to a high end store but so glad that I did. There was no sales pressure, just good information so I could make a decision, we decided to buy it from Jax at Sound & Vision. I had a few questions and have Jax's Email and his help if I need it. I am really happy with my purchase and hope to be back to the store soon!

Excellence in customer service. I purchased a pair of Magnepan speakers that were too large to transport in my car, and my salesman, Jackson, volunteered to take care of the delivery himself on his own time and using his own car, definitely above and beyond the call of duty. The rest of the staff is equally friendly, and the store is attractive and full of primo equipment. I will not hesitate to visit again the next time I need audio or video equipment.

Working with Sound & Vision was terrific, starting with our visit to its showroom, Jackson Mellinger’s visit to our home and analysis of our needs, to the installation of a surround sound system at our home. Jax was extremely helpful with great suggestions for equipment and a cabinet for us to consider, and the installation team was diligent, detail oriented, and completed the installation of a Dolby Atmos compatible system, including a mix of new and our existing components, with the minimum amount of impact to our walls and ceiling. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Awesome store for high end equipment. Spent some time with Gregg deciding what I want to do with my sound system and how to set it up. He doesn’t come across as a salesman, just a true audiophile that wants to help you get you where you want to be with yours.

I purchased a home theater receiver here before. They have several rooms where you can see and test the products. You don't see many stereo stores anymore. Most are just big box.

Customer service and support is nothing short of amazing! They helped me find a turntable that I had looked all over the country for, assisted me in matching speakers, and even helped me load my car. I can't say enough about the quality of their service!

Fantastic customer service. Gregg took the time to answer all of my questions and fit me with the perfect amplifier to fit my budget. No pressure to upsell, no stressing the limitations of the this model vs that. While being a very high end audiophile paradise, it didn't matter that all I was looking for this go around was a simple 2 channel amp.I am very happy with the amp and the sound. I will absolutely be back for any upgrades or needs in the future.

Okay store. Mainly for serious theater and av items. No projectors under 2000 dollars. No ultra short throw o wait they had only one epson. Not one of the hot ones out now.
