Came here for the Thanksgiving buffet on Thursday and the staff were friendly and the waiters and waitresses were ready to help and the food was delicious.

Folks at the desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was huge and really clean. The conference room was great for my training with a beautiful view.

The wedding coordinator was great. The front desk folks were awesome.It might be time for an update. The location is fabulous.Walkability: Plenty of places to get great food and coffee.

I stayed here as a kid maybe 20 to 25 years ago as a kid and when I was looking for a hotel in this area decided to give it a try. The location of this hotel is very close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, shopping, and a small downtown area that you can walk to.The views this hotel offer is the river are amazing. You can see it from their restaurant or if you get a river view room. Only negative of the river view rooms is the traffic that comes with this view. It is very noisy and can make sleeping difficult, would recommend taking a sound machine.The rooms are a bit dated, but seemed very clean. They offer a bedroom and living area with a kitchenette. Beds were comfortable, as well as the furniture. Main complaints were the TVs are old and while you can bring your own streaming device make it hard to hook it up. Bathrooms need some work.This hotel has maybe one of the best indoor swimming pools I’ve ever used. Back in the day they had a hot tub that is permanently closed. The windows offer amazing views of the trees and landscape. There is also a wrap around balcony you can sit on.Staff was all very friendly, let us check in early, and were very helpful.

Pros:Restaurant food is good!Bartenders and support staff are great!Quick to respond to chat messages.Cons:Very outdated and old.Decided to change how they treat their elite members unless you are an ambassador.The hotel is OLD. I have been staying here for 30 years and nothing has changed. Rooms look like they are from 60's.Parking is awful because people park here to walk to other business.We have been staying here for years. Location has gotten better since new business has opened up around the hotel. The hotel is old and parking is a hassle as the public parks here to walk to other businesses. We chose this hotel because we always received complimentary upgrades as gold elite members with military promotional rate. They have decided to stop honoring that and stated that they need to save that for their ambassadors. The time we were platinum elite and stayed there we did not even get to reap the benefits as their club access was unavailable during our stay. The only reason we loved the hotel and put aside how old and outdated it was is because they always honored our free upgrade. So we have decided to stay at other marriots when we come to visit family.Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Status Upgrade Benefits include: Complimentary room upgrade at check-in.

Wow!! This hotel was amazing!! From the staff, to the drinks at the bar!! And the view.... one of the better places I stayed this year!! If you are in the area, this hotel is the place to stay!!

What made my stay great was the fact that I was with friends. The rooms were sub par, because they have not been remodeled. My tub was leaking and rusted at the drain. No one wanted to sit down in the tub. BUT the view was awesome from my window, and walking around the hotel deck was great.

lovely suite room 315 with river view. only complaint was the dripping shower and phone by bed had no dial tone. beds were comfy. room was very clean. bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday. breakfast buffet $18 per so we skipped it.

Decent hotel. Price was good and the location is nice, right across from the shops and restaurants on front street so very walkable. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the pillows were pretty uncomfortable.Nearby activities: Restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques all along front street just a block away. Right on the river

Awful experience here. Let me just bullet-point:Charged my card twice!No parking.5 million events going on at once.Room was filthy. One towel. One pillow.Asked for extra pillows and was told none were available.Dangerous and drunken people all over the parking lot.Public Urination outside the front door.Valet told me to F off when I asked to park my car and offered tip.Latoya at the front desk was extremely rude so I asked for a manager. Apparently with a million things going on at the time, no manager was available.Waiting to hear back about the double credit card charge but I won’t hold my breath. When they employ people like Latoya, I would be surprised if the manager could even use a phone.Glad I am home safe. I will never stay at a Sheraton again.Absolutely Awful!

I imagine because of the view and location the place doesn't feel the need to allocate resources to staff to make the stay all that lovely. No continental breakfasts, restaurant is only open for dinner, overworked housekeepers, wifi really sucks, TVs are old and small, and terrible, inflexible policies for a place meant to accept people using company cards. So expensive for not much than a view that only half the hotel has

The location of the hotel is the seller here! The rooms are nice, just a little dated. However, the view of the river from our room was amazing! The bed was also incredibly comfortable, and for a sold out night, the hotel was surprisingly quiet! We had an issue with having no towels in our room that we had to request twice before coming down and getting them. Other than this, our stay was nice! We didn't get a chance to venture down to the restaurant and bar, but will try them out when we are back in Cuyahoga Falls!
