Excellent service, excellent staff. Great location. Property is showing its age but still good.Food & drinks: Cuyahoga Falls has the only remaining Arthur Treacher's in the US.

Came here for the Thanksgiving buffet on Thursday and the staff were friendly and the waiters and waitresses were ready to help and the food was delicious.

Folks at the desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was huge and really clean. The conference room was great for my training with a beautiful view.
