This was the most professional auto shop we have dealt with. Steve was straight forward and everything was handled in a timely manner. They also dealt with the insurance adjuster (we got flooded) and answered most of our questions before we asked.

Tire rod was completely busted late at night. Early next morning, Steve was very attentive and got me in first thing. Within the same day everything was fixed! Loaner car for the day was a great courtesy. Steve and his staff were all very friendly and I knew I was being taken care of. From NC and first time having car issues in OH, Steve and Shaw made the process very stress free and I will definitely be returning for any services in the future!!
