honestly the service department as a whole is a joke. (i work in service at a dealership myself). SO MANY things went wrong. took my car in for a recall; left with 3 additional issues i didn't bring it in with caused by a tech-they openly admitted to it being their fault. Didn't even make it across the street before noticing my RMPs were in the 2000-3000s while PARKED. plus the battery light and airbag lights were now on. took it back immediately. they fixed 2 of 3 issues but "didn't have time to fix the airbag sensor issue b/c it was now 6;30 and they were done for the day" i had been there since 2. thankfully for Peter (salesmen) and Charles (finance) heard all this happening and made sure i got a rental car to get home safely. was told id be PRIORITY the next day. surprise! i was not. they ended up keeping my car for an additional 5 days. Again Peter came to my rescue (thank goodness for him) and made sure i got to keep the rental until my car was ready if it weren't for him i would have had to leave in a car with no working airbags. all in all service is a joke - but i will sing the praises of Peter and Charles in the Sales department for making sure i was safe and taking the time to do so.

I financed my 2022 Audi from this place. Everything was going well for the most part. I will say I am kind of irritated that they left me with an empty tank of gas, as well as, a VERY rigged license plate. Now my new plates will not stay onto the vehicle. When my temp tag was installed, it should have been fixed right then and there. But they decided to let me leave knowing there were problems with my license plate, an empty tank of gas, AND (there’s more) transmission issues. I am upset because Audi’s are NOT CHEAP. If you were to buy from them, please make sure your gas tank is full when driving off the lot, and make sure there aren’t any major issues. It seems like they were just trying to make the sale and that’s it. If you want returning customers or good word to spread, I would highly suggest making sure your customers are taken care of BEFORE leaving the lot.

I attempted to schedule my second oil change on time whoever the Hyundai app showed me it was a month out to schedule so I did ! Hank told me I couldn’t qualify for free oil change because I was over the allowed limit! He told me they had next day service.. k showed him on the app that next appt isn’t available until aug 7! Even tho their system is messed up now I have to pay for something that came with the car ! No apology no escalation nothing !! I have a 23 palisade and to think I was going to buy my husband a car today!? No they lost a sale and a good customer ! Livid!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Still waiting for a return call from my salesman. I have been waiting since July 3rd. The service dept is even worse. The guy that works the counter when you first arrive is awful. I will never give them my business ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

After resolving a few initial issues and connecting with **** in internet sales, the dealership maintained a consistent line of communication, which is crucial for me. **** then introduced me to *****, who was very pleasant and communicated effectively.I decided to visit the dealership and met the staff, including ***** Marhofer. What really stood out to me was how efficiently they expedited the process. The dealership itself is modern and clean, with a well-organized service department.The team accommodated all my needs and provided excellent product knowledge, especially since the truck I purchased required a detailed explanation. I'm so pleased with the experience that I feel confident bringing my wife in soon to look at the Buick or the Acadia.Thank you for making this a seamless and enjoyable purchase!

If you like low pressure sales and a pleasant buying experience, this is the dealership for you! I recently purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT4 and couldn't be more pleased. My salesman Kyle was attentive to my needs and searched for the perfect car, and we found it! The finance team and Amy were great and definitely lead me to the right lender. When I picked up the car it was detailed to showroom quality and had a full tank of gas. I requested an additional fob for the my new Cadillac and Amy, Kyle and Brandon (in the service department) worked together to accommodate my request. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would definitely stop by and see if they have what your looking for. I recently purchased a Hyundai Kona from Ron Marhofer Auto Mall and had a phenomenal experience. I worked with Ryan Lahr, who was friendly, respectful, helpful, attentive, and very patient with me! Ryan and his managers were willing to work with me, and I appreciated that they provided a great deal. They gave me top dollar for a trade-in (they didn’t have to), and that sealed the deal for me. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this location.
Miss Kim, who helped me finish my purchase, was also great and even extended a warranty for me. The warranties offered are also exceptionally good.
Overall, it was a fantastic car-buying experience.

We had a mechanical warranty issue on our vehicle. Marhofer Auto group and the Marhofer Service Department were great. Our vehicle was fixed right and Ted in the service department was very helpful throughout the process. I recommend Marhofer and Hyundai.

Purchased vehicle from this location.
Overall poor experience lack of communication from team leader down to salesman, the inability to straight talk ( be honest ) The young lady in finance saved the sale . However after my purchase the salesman offered to deliver vehicle to my home and upon arrival the drivers door would not shut, had a new dent and chip in paint.
I have Pic of car pre delivery without this damage . Marhofer management says it was an as is purchase . Refusal to make right, this in conjunction with tsb that was not addressed with rear axle clicking noise, and loose drivers door panel that was discussed after test drive with salesman . BUYER BE WARE !!!

Ryan was our salesman at Marhofer and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. The vehicle we bought ended up having only one remote and Ryan along with his manager Bobby set up a place to get a new one and covered the cost. We really appreciate that. Marhofer is an upstanding business that I would recommend.

When you are having to quickly replace a car that has been totaled, the buying experience is going to be much less fun than usual. Kudos to Gabe Vega and the crew at Marhofer Cuyahoga Falls this past Saturday for going above and beyond to make the who process as smooth as possible. And though I ultimately did not buy a vehicle at Marhofer Chevy, Scott Kenna at that dealership was wonderful as well. While I hopefully won't have to buy another vehicle for some time, when I do Marhofer will be at the top of my list to buy it from.

I purchased a 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid Oct 18, 23. Jason salesman. I specially asked if the car had any dents and Jason said "NO" however after driving three hours to buy this vehicle it did indeed have a dent on drivers door edge that was very obvious. Poor customer service.
