Employees were so kind and professional. I love the gym and pool. I use the 24/7 access and love it. Worth every penny. It’s pretty safe and clean. I like it. I saw some reviews say it’s outdated but it’s really not. The machines are new. Everything is functional and I love It.

Just moved into the Falls. This gym is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ryan, the director, does a very good job. He is always available and listens for ways to improve.

Janet at the front desk is so nice and welcoming!! It was my first time here & she gave me a tour and let me know everything I needed!! Love this YMCA
