It was a smooth process. I was shuttled to work and was able to get a ride back to the lot from a co-worker, so there wasn't any inconvenience. Fair price and friendly staff. They did offer to pick me up and take me themselves if I needed it, which was a nice gesture.

I got my new truck may 1st. When I got home I found out the mounting hardware was not with the rest of my tonneau cover that they took off my truck I traded in. I called sales person and he said yes the bag of hardware is on the bench. I went back and got the hardware and showed him some spots on the paint that needed repaired and he said bring back Monday May3rd and it will be taken care of. I let him know I would need a loaner while they have it to repaint the damaged area. I show up Monday and i am told i have to wait for paint shop to schedule it in (he hadn't called paint shop yet). Now mind you a phone call would have been nice so I didn't make trip to the dealership. Later in the week I got a recall notice and an email from service department wanting me to call them ASAP over the recall. I did and was to bring the truck in today Monday May10th. I get there and found my sales person to let him i know i was there. He said didn"t you get my call and of course no call was made to my phone we don"t have a loaner that last one went out last Friday. Again a phone call would have been nice to say we have to reschedule but none made on Friday when last car went out nor today. So now i am on hold to find out when the next strike-out on service getting done on my truck. Not a happy camper over these series of screw ups. The contact person for service department was really in a hurry to get truck in for this recall. I let the sales person know that now since its taken this long I would need a truck as a loaner due to prior commitments. I will update when the next mess hits fan. Not a happy camper or satisfied customer at the moment. OK I showed up the following Monday because the sales person said everything was straightened out and I would have a loaner truck. I get to dealership Monday May 17thand was taken to service to get my loaner and the lady said we don't have a loaner. I went outside with a Spitzer employee and let him know how unhappy I was and this was third Monday in a row of failed promises. I did get a bit loud so others could hear me to. We went back into showroom where we went to the sales mgr desk to see what could be done. After a lengthy complaint by me they did some looking in a book and found a vehicle for me. While I was waiting,I text my sales person and asked if he was there and he text back to say he was unavailable at the moment and said sales mgr has it all set up for you. We know this is a lie by now. I also sent the sales person pics of other problems with paint and chrome hooks. Well it was an Escape and the tank was near empty. I was promised a truck since they knew I needed it for some things that I was doing during the week. They were to take my truck to body shop right after I dropped it off. I left before I exploded . I did text the sales person on Tuesday May 18th and explained what went on and how important it was for me to get a truck and wanted to know if I was going to get a truck. He said he would contact the person and see what's going on. The sales person hadn't called back by Wednesday May 19th. So as soon as I got off work I went to dealership to see what is going on. They were not very helpful and dilly dallied around for quite awhile but did come up with a truck . I also asked about the progress of my truck and was told they were waiting on parts. I get into the truck and it's pegged below EMPTY. I was getting concerned that I was getting fed a real line of BS so I used my Ford Pass and found that it was still at Spitzer dealership so another lie. I called on Friday 21st to see the status and when to expect it back I told him I would need a truck with tonneau cover cause of the things I was taking out of state needed protected . Again same ole tale of BS waiting on parts but I was assured my truck would be ready by May 26th. But I already know this is a lie since the truck was still sitting at the dealership Friday. My truck finally makes it to body shop on Monday May 24th. I called body shop to find out when I could expect it being done. I

The service manager that was there this Saturday April 17, 2021 did a excellent job friendly joked around a little bit but kept it very professional very enthusiastic about his job I work for a construction company that does bring vehicles in for service I know my company and Me and other family members prefer this dealership they always hire honest technicians that seem very enthusiastic about their jobs the service managers are honest and straightforward no funny sugarcoating they tell it how it is professionally which means a lot today’s world in the automotive industry as a diesel owner I’m very particular about where my vehicle goes to be worked on. I normally watch them like an Eagle the whole time here I feel comfortable enough to sit down and actually watch TV and not have to keep an eye on my vehicle if there’s an issue immediately notified of it all I can say is highly recommend the service and especially the manager that was there today and the technician all did wonderful jobs and extremely polite. Thank you Spitzer for hiring good managers and technicians this will Have me coming back for many years to come

Erin Jekubik was fantastic, she was very helpful and always kept me in the loop. Very good customer service skills. Not sure of the actual technican that worked on my car, but he was super also. Great experience here in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Great customer service!!! Loved working with Logan in sales. He didn’t pressure me in any way to purchase. He answered all my questions and helped me understand my new vehicle features. Loved working with Erin in service she went above and beyond to help me.
