I took my car here on my lunch break from work. I haven’t had my car long and knew what kind of condition my wheels and rims were in and have pictures. I got back to work and looked at my car my rims on my driver side had huge gouges out of it I went back up there filled out a report showed one of the workers where he immediately said it wasn’t them I showed him the pictures of my car previously and he again cut me off. He then said the owner would be in touch in a day or two it had been 3 weeks and still no call at all from anyone there. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN .

A fantastic price/value experience.
I pay less than $1 / day for a membership to keep my car washed and waxed (2 people quickly dry it off by hand with towels) and then I vacuum my car for free. I wash and wax my car almost every day, BTW. ?
Highly recommend..?????

Friendly people, fast service, a quality wash and no damages. Conveniently located for me. I recommend the unlimited monthly wash program.
Keep in mind, cash is no longer accepted here except for tips.

Washed car well got ultimate car wash membership. Was scared my entire front windshield was gonna get busted. Will not be returning to this location. I will drive to Fairlawn area before I lose my windshield. I have a 2023 Hyundai kona. So yea no thank you would definitely like to keep my windshield. Looked very nice Shiny. drying wasn't the best but what can ya do wit lil teen age ish boys. 25 years old or younger. But possibly losing my windshield yea absolutely no.

I think the subscription plan is a good idea. If you think about it, if you get the most inexpensive wash for $10, The membership pays for itself in two washes on the lowest tier plan which I believe is $23 and some change. I work in a business which requires my car to be looking good at all times for customers. This is a great plan. All the people there seem really nice and they do a good job and work hard. I recommend highly if you go through the carwash to please tip these people that are drying off your car. That's a lot of work to do hour after hour and it's tiring. Please remember your workers at the end of the car wash line. They do appreciate your tips. Out of all the car washes we have going on in town I believe this is the best place.

I haven't been here in a long time but will definitely return. I had so much tree sap on my car that it wasn't funny. The guy took extra time to spray it off. Probably longer than he may have been required to but my car was really bad.The other guy was very friendly and accommodating and I ended up buying a monthly pass simply because they had such good customer service. My car came out and every bit of the tree sap came off. I am 200 percent satisfied.I have been going to soak city because it's closer to my house and last year, I had to go through 4 times before the sap would come off and they made me do my own pre bug soak or whatever it was. This place is worth every penny! Highly recommend.

Came here to get my car washed, it was the only one near by. The prices here are absolutely expensive for a basic car wash and entering is a bit weird my first time. Exiting is great because you have a street light in front of you. Vacuum is missing attachments. Staff was okay service wise. Would pass on this location.
