I came in just wanting to see what sized wrench could unbolt my license plates. Dakota not only showed me which size, he came out with tools to take them out for me! They were so rust on, I wouldn't have been able to take them out. He was so nice and recommended ways too keep them from getting that bad again.
I now have new license plate covers on my car and very happy! Thanks Dakota!

I was standing, waiting to checkout and one guy was just standing there playing on his phone. He looked up and acknowledged that I was standing there and walked off. The other guy was talking to two customers about absolutley nothing (which I overheard standing there) for over 10 minutes after he knew I was waiting to checkout. Finally after standing there for over 10 minutes I was able to checkout. It was extremely rude and I will not be back. I don't normally do this but it really bothers me how rude that was. If they were trying to fix one of their cars and were even talking about that I would understand but that wasn't the case at all.

Went to have 2 headlight bulbs and 2 windshield wiper blades replaced. The employee who helped me was Jalen and he recommended some wiper blades to me. He was a champion when it came to getting the light bulbs installed!! It's very difficult to reach the socket where the driver's side bulb sits and Jalen spent a good 10-15 minutes--never giving up--until he had it installed. On the passenger side which has easier access, it took him about 2 minutes. I really appreciate the service I received there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend O'Reilly to anyone.

My husband and I came here to return some break pads and rotors we no longer needed (unused, still in box, and receipt provided), and the employee who helped us (believe his name was Louie) was insanely rude. I totally understand needing to know why we were returning them, but he kept very rudely insisting we needed to keep them and then when we said for the 3rd time we didn’t need them, he punched the refund amount into the register and said “Take these parts somewhere else and let us keep our frickin’ money”. He did eventually give us the refund, but it was after a very pushy back and forth. We will definitely not be back.

Got a new car and a lot of the light bulbs went out. So, I've been here a bunch of times. Louie has gone above and beyond to help me get the right parts, as well as explaining things to me. Going to an auto parts store can be anxiety inducing, so I SO appreciate the kindness and information I have gotten. I absolutely will keep coming back as I need to.

Received wrong part, had to go to warehouse, for faster retrieval. Not entirely, on O'Reilly. Other issues occurred, 'cuz there was too many "hands", involved.

It's not that often that an individual inspires me to wanna brag about them at this level....Samantha for the second time...but this time really working hard to find a bolt for my daughter's car...we dud not find it in the many trys but she used every option at her expense, Google and matching part numbers as I watched her worked I had to stop her and thank her, a true thinker that if given the opportunity to shine with the right leadership could do great things! Orileys move this one up the ladder!!Thank you, Samantha, my daughter, and I are thankful for people like you !

Closed early. Showed up a couple minutes till nine last night and the doors were locked, needed a quick part, the people saw me and instead of opening the door they crept to the back, slowly closed the office door and acted like they tried to hide from me even though I could plainly see them and it wasn't even nine o'clock yet. Could have easily checked me out while doing their closing work in a couple minutes while they were supposed to be open anyway. Thanks!
