“We drove an hour away from home to go car shopping at a different location and it was the worst experience ever, we were really hesitant to keep shopping for the day but decided to give it a go. We came to Al Spitzer and they were nothing but welcoming as soon as we walked in. We called ahead and they had the car pulled up and in the parking lot ready to be driven for a test drive. Throughout the process, everyone was exceptional- you could tell they all genuinely cared and had our family in their best interests unlike other place who treat you like your a transaction. “This was the most professional auto shop we have dealt with. Steve was straight forward and everything was handled in a timely manner. They also dealt with the insurance adjuster (we got flooded) and answered most of our questions before we asked.”
