Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable helped me out and saved me a good amount of money. They don't have to look everything up on a computer and can definitely help with one off or custom stuff or that project you are working on that may not be a stock replacement part. Have to use them more often!

Customer service could be better. The work out of the shop is great. Takes a week usually for them to get around to you. Pricing for work is fair. Drop off your stuff and get out of there. These guys aren't really customer oriented. Get in and get out.
