“We had a very long and quite frustrating day upgrading our phones on 7-15-2024. My son and I just wanted to do a fairly quick upgrade and it turned into 5 hours at the store. I know this sounds bad and it was exhausting, but we had the best rep, Lauren at the Graham road store was amazing!! She felt just as much pain with this as we did, and possibly missed commissions due to the length of time and energy it took to work out our issue! Lauren was amazing, she was calm and collected and did everything she could to make the whole experience good. It was clear that this was hard on her as well because it seemed there was no solution, she was getting flustered by the whole thing and at one point wiped tears! We’ve all been there I know that, so I sent my son across the street to get her a Starbucks gift card! Also something we all need at times! Lauren was incredible and handled the situation great! We’re grateful we had her and not someone rude or rushed or unable to be calm. She was awesome!”
