We bought a mattress and returned it. Then we increased our budget to 3k and bought a tempurpedic proadapt. We tried to return it because we ordered a firm (they don’t carry in store), and it is the worse mattress we’ve ever experienced. We have terrible sleep, severe pain, our quality of life has suffered so much. We tried to return but they don’t allow if you return one. Since we learned we couldn’t return (not even a 90 day sleep trial on a 3k mattress?!), I’ve reached out several times to Tempurpedic. This recent contact said I need to file a complaint with the store we purchased from. This is the first step. I just can’t live like this anymore. We can’t afford another expensive mattress.

Great experience buying a new mattress set with Jeremy! He knew everything about the mattresses and was able to help me find the best one for me. He was also very kind, respectful, and approachable. Definitely manager quality!
