I absolutely love the Prepared hot delicious stir fry, Love selecting my own veggies and fresh meats the flavor is delicious.. definitely recommend people to try it .

Cake was made for my daughter’s birthday has a line going straight through her face. I called to ask about it and was told it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do about it. I suggested that they should call before they start the order and warn people. There is no such thing as customer service these days.

Their drivethru is the Best way to pick up scripts! Fast & friendly. Love the huge selection of groceries, Bakery, candy, Etc. Liquor department is superb! Not as large and spacious as the Solon location, but it does very well. Can't beat the fuel / food perks, best around!

I just want to give a shout out to Giant Eagle Pharmacy for the excellent way they have dealt with the Covid vaccine. You Yare a spectacular team of people. I wouldn't go to another pharmacy. ?

I have to say that I have been so pleased with the curbside service. I order once or twice a week and every time, they are nice, helpful and respectful. I have called to add a couple items or ask if I can come a little early, and they never act like it's a pain. This week they gave me some extra items, which I would have returned and they told me to keep them. They did leave out 1 of my bags as well but promptly delivered it to me and then called to make sure I knew it was there. I don't normally write reviews but they have been wonderful. Hardworking staff need to hear when they are appreciated. Thank you for you hard work!!

This is in regards to curbside service. I’ve had several issues that included missing items and rescheduled delivered that never happened. I wasn’t even notified that it was rescheduled. They never showed up. The missing items refunds were so called added to my advantage card which never happened. I was supposed to be credited for the missing items and the order that was never received. That didn’t happen. I had to dispute that charge with my credit card company. I spoke to a

Every time I come in, I manage to be cashed out by a very unpleasant and unfriendly employee. I don’t want to give out her name for her protection, but she needs to learn how to give better customer service.
