So I went to liberty tax on gram Rd we walked in with my son having appointment at 11 we was there for 20 min lady had 11 appointment as well so Melissa the tax lady took the lady that just walked in instead of us that had same time appointment and we been there 20 min before other lady came in and Melissa took the other ladies first so I guess we are not as important as the other ladies I'm not happy she needs to be she needs to to repumaded for her actions we was going to cancel are appointment we had because of this

My experience with Liberty Tax this year was awesome!!! Office Manager Dena Warren was very helpful. She was also very polite and caring about preparing my taxes. I felt very comfortable at the office and will be going back next year. Thank you Liberty Tax.

Miss Dena Warren filed my taxes this year she's very hands on and she was very pleasant I didn't even have to go to the office to file we did it remotely and she is great with communication called me right away when I made a mistake just want to say thank you to her and we will be returning next year!

The new owner AFTER Ryan Allen is overcharging clients for tax prep and not disclosing the amount.Normally I was charged $120.00, Jerome has his staff charging over $500.00CHECK WHO OWNS YOUR LOCAL BEFORE YOU GO IN!

I've been going here for a few years,never had a problem but this year what should have been a quick in and out, it took an hour and a half! The person didn't seem to know what they were doing,(couldn't figure out how to even file mortgage information) and started asking ME questions on the filings! Umm, isn't that what you get paid for?? I then waited over 20 minutes for a co worker to come over and help figure out where to enter information after she was done going over another persons work schedule while we sat and waited!! Oh AND she says "Sorry I forgot about you" It's been over a week and still don't have my paperwork back nor has the IRS received my electronic return according to their website. I don't have alot of confidence in this place anymore and won't use them again,I just hope my taxes were done correctly.UPDATE: it has now been 16 DAYS and I still don't have my paperwork back, it takes what, 60 seconds to copy and put in a folder?? I will be contacting the IRS,this is unacceptable!! Also, I was told I didn't need to file my unemployment with the city,which didn't sound right so I called the City tax department who told me in fact I DID need to file a no taxable income return! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
