John and staff at Northcoast Automotive are second to NONE! I haven't allowed any other shop to touch my or my daughters car in 12 years. John is so knowledgeable about cars its insane. I encourage any and EVERYONE, if you have car issues GO TO JOHN....HES THE BEST!!!!!!!!
