They took full ownership of our request to replace couch cushions to keep my pregnant wife comfortable. They set clear expectations and truly went above and beyond. As I walked into the lazy boy store, I really just thought I would look and try to find a chair comfortable enough to even think about buying. The next thing I know, I am being helped by someone that really knows La-Z-Boy comfort and how to fit me to a chair. She was genuinely working for me so that I had the best possible experience in figuring out which chair to buy. Very knowledgeable and never pushing for a sale, Patricia (Pat) , really showed me the fine qualities of a La-Z-Boy rocker/recliner and her ability to show me the differences of each.
