I went everywhere looking for 1/4 raw cones and apparently they are just back order everywhere. Tyler was the only person in 4 stores to explain that to me. He showed and advertised the products really well and helped me find two items I do enjoy. Store is full of amazing things.

Was running behind after long day. Arrived at state rd store @ 8pm and the closed sign was showing. Really needed some products . Popped my head in door and Jace from sales staff was kind enough to let me come in and get what I needed. Really appreciate Jace going the extra mile for me. Yes they have good products and the other attributes of a good business. Without employees like Jace Heads Up would be just another smoking product vendor. Thanks to Jace and the staff at Heads Up this area has a great place to shop for our smoking accessories.and needs.

Been shopping here more often recently. Great selection of products, prices are definitely very reasonable in these times of inflation too. The staff is always super nice and helpful, always willing to talk and answer any questions I've had. Will be back again for sure!
