I've taken my animals to this office for about 24 years now. I will no longer have this group of folks care for my animals. I do not recommend this team to anyone. The level of customer service has taken a thousand percent nosedive. I just called the office to talk about flea control for my animals, and was hung up on. I recommend anyone currently using this office to find someone new. Unbelievable.

We've used the services for our cats and dogs for well over a decade. They have always been caring, supportive, and knowledgeable making certain that the animals have been both physically and mentally safe.

We had to make the difficult decision to put my mom’s cat down, and the staff was wonderful. They never rushed us, explained everything that was going to happen and then did happen, and provided kind empathy. We know it was the right decision as everything was shutting down, but they still made us feel validated.

Why bother putting your page online when you're not accepting new customers. Glad not all businesses are run like yours. And maybe this is just nit picking. But when a new customer does call, maybe you shouldn't be so rude and say you're not accepting new customers and hang up.

I usually have a great experience here, my family and I have been taking pets here for years. However there was a mixup with accounts, they couldn’t find any of my pets history. The receptionist was very short tempered and rude with me from the start. She shouted that they were not taking new clients, which I told her I was not, and then hung up on me. I had to call back and ask to speak to someone else who had the same problem finding my account but was at least much nicer about the situation. I understand if there’s a problem with the computers, I think my account may have accidentally been deleted the last time I visited after they had me under the wrong name (at the time they said theyd remake it with the correct information) However that entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and not a good reflection of the rest of the staff and the great work that they do. Its already an emotional experience when your pet needs help, being treated with such a lack of empathy was a terrible experience. I’d give 1 star but Joey was very nice and the Veterinarians are really great at what they do which is why I had hoped to go there again.

Beware!!! - I called to inquire if they accepted walk-ins and the lady who answered the phone was very dry, short and rude. I had a very sick puppy and the last thing I wanted to endure was rudeness from a place I was calling to get help for him.I hope this review makes them aware enough to be mindful of their tone and attitude towards potential customers calling their office. And to keep in mind that there are several other vet facilities to choose from who will gladly (politely and professionally) take the business they blow off.The the first impression is a lasting one and it may perhaps overshadow an otherwise good vet practice. Because of that experience, I would not recommend or advise anyone to call or go there. By the way, I found a vet in Kent on my next call, Brimfield Vet Service. I was put off by but not upset by it because it led me to a great place to take my puppy. They were awesome!!!

Used to be great but been getting worse and worse it seems. Today was the final straw. I called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment just to have my dogs nails trimmed and was told the Dr. was taking vacation and not back till August 8th. I thought it was weird I had to wait until his return just for her nails… the techs always do it anyway, but I digress. I just made the appointment for 8/8. Appointment was today at 3pm and we sat in the waiting room until 4:30 just to have nails trimmed!! People were getting mad, and rightfully so. The front office staff copped an attitude instead of apologizing for the HOUR AND A HALF delay and one of them ran off crying. They need to schedule appointments further apart or get another vet in there to help.

Dr Kline is AMAZING! Our family absolutely loves him! He is very knowledgeable about anything and everything you ask him about your pets! We have been patients of his for over 15 years!

Friendly staff, vet and his assistant were good with my son's dog, very knowledgeable and caring. Missing 1 star because we had an appointment but still had to wait for a walk-in that was a non emergency who came in after us.
