Barbara Tucker was most helpful in assessing my car’s alignment. She also tried to get another Goodyear credit card for me as mine was closed because of inactivity. Unfortunately, even upon using a new access code, she was not able to do that. She sent me home with an 800 number to call. That was ok.
The rep did not speak English very well and told me to go to the store as he could not help me. I also tried applying over the website but was not successful.
So, I will continue to use my Mastercard from my local bank. Kudos to Barbara for a valiant effort.

Making an appointment was a waste of time.
Needed my car serviced ,scheduled an appointment, I was informed it’d take 1 1/2 hour.
Went back to pick my car 1 1/2 later, hasn’t moved from where it was parked and was informed I needed to wait an additional hour or so.

Stopped by this location in a panic due to needing to get to work and take care of my patients. Multiple other service locations told me they weren’t able to help me until late afternoon. Good Year got me in right away with great prices and got me back on the road with hour of service time! Extremely friendly and honest workers who plugged my tired and didn’t try to sell me a new tire. Appreciate their quickness and honesty! I would give 10 stars if it were an option

The staff (especially Barbara) at Goodyear make a global corporation feel like a local small business. I had a bad experience at a competitor so I took my car into Goodyear to make sure my wheels are safe. Goodyear quickly took care of me and made me feel confident driving off the lot in a safe vehicle.

I give them a 3 . They didn't have tool to fix. I really believe they didnt want to do the extra work. Give them a 3 for referral to someone who actually fixed it!
