I shop at this location several times a week. The staff are always friendly and they always seem to have a good selection. My only suggestion would be for whomever processes clothing/purses to check for flaws a little closer. My fault too. I've bought a few things that had holes or broken straps on purses. But a double check before putting on the floor would be awesome. Otherwise this location is awesome. Akron however, can use some help. The last few times that store has nothing but damaged men's shoes all out on the floor..like destroyed

Great place to get t shirts for work,but may start shopping somewhere else.Not comfortable shopping where male employees are wearing female jeans and other female clothing.One day I thought an employee was female and then realized its a guy.Nah,no thanks,don't want no part of it.

Low quality store. wouldn't sell me something because it didn't have a price on it? Then price it and sell it to me? Call a manager?

Since Goodwill can't seem to keep the hours that are posted on their doors just shorten your hours. It is a waste of gas to drive there and it is closed. My other problem is some people want to just donate why can't they put orange cones out to let people know they are not taking donations. I would not want someone to experience what I had happen. I get to the Kent Ravenna Goodwill at 8:15 the lights were on in the donation area. The young man saw me then went over and turned off the lights. That was rude there was nothing in the back of the store indicate they were not taking donations or closing early. I have had other times were when you go to donate the people there seem so unhappy and act like your bothering them or they don't like their job. Now I see why people just throw things away instead of donating. The guys that work in the donation trailers in the hot heat are more friendlier then the people working in the air condition store.

This is a nice place to find clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, furniture, nic-nacks, dishes, pots and pans, gift ideas, and just about any household need you may have. The prices have changed a lot over the years, but you can still find some reasonably priced items. Even your seasonal items are a lot cheaper in this store.. Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter,... all the way to Christmas. Check it out, you might find something you've been looking for, wanting, or needing for a long time. Happy Shopping!!
