This giant eagle is pretty unremarkable, but the staff is pretty ok. Variety is markedly less lower than Market District, which is to be expected, so I'd go there if it made more sense for me.

Set up doesn't match overhead signs. That is very bad for people with physical problems such as myself. I left the store in more pain than when I went in.

Your employees are running your FlashFoods program incorrectly. Every time I order something from your location, it ends up being marked as picked up when I’ve never picked it up. Guess what? When you do this, it disappears from my app as a pickup I need to make, and I forget all about it. For the love of god, partner up with another store to figure out their process. It really isn’t that difficult, and I’ve literally never had a problem at any other Giant Eagle location except this one. It really messes up keeping my schedule straight due to marking orders incorrectly. I’ve reached out to FlashFoods on several occasions, and they’re apparently handling it, but nothing has happened. I just don’t get why this store is different, but PLEASE FIX IT. My next step is to contact a store manager, and I really don’t want it to go that far.

Prices are outrageous and the "perks" are different and make zero sense. The only takeaway I get from the new perks program is that they make you "pay to save" with this program. Deli hours suck too. But the staff is typically nice enough
