Staff is polite and efficient but they never have my rx in stock. Every single month I call to fill my meds, I'm told "your prescription won't be ready until tomorrow after 1pm." Not sure of the reasons behind this, but it does get frustrating sometimes...

Never have medications in stock. I'm almost positive they NEVER do inventory and only order meds when they go to fill a prescription and realize they are out. I'm having a significant health issue and was due to pick up medication to finally provide me with a bit of relief and comfort. I will be gone all day tomorrow so I needed the medication today. I went to the pharmacy and was told they were filling my prescription and return in a half hour, that it was almost ready. I did so only to be told they don't have it, they are out of stock, and come back tomorrow at 5. So it will have to wait till Sunday or Monday since I will be gone tomorrow, and I will have to be in further discomfort. This has happened MANY times with this pharmacy. Out of stock medications, failing to deliver on promised times, extra trips to pharmacy and then STILL not having medications ready. Waste of my time and gas. Employees are unfriendly, and probably overworked since they never seem sufficiently staffed. More times than not there is difficulty when filling medications. This pharmacy needs to get with it, or just close. It isn't doing anyone any favors if our meds are never in stock. Would give 0 stars.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. I doubt that the issues stem from the employees. They are probably over-worked and understaffed. However, the management, either at the store or corporate level is lacking because this pharmacy struggles to provide a consistent positive experience.

For the first time in forever, I actually had a great experience at a pharmacy.John at the Giant Eagle pharmacy was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he helped me figure out which medication and for the best price.

Had a BAD and possibly DANGEROUS experience at this Pharmacy. I've tried for the last 4 days to pick up Mom's Alzheimer's and Thyroid Meds. These are both critical daily med's and she should not go without. Because Mom's Pharmacy account had some jumbled info in it (Dont let a person with Alzheimer's set up there own account...LOL) they wouldn't release her meds. I made several trips or several days, spoke to several staff members but unless I could prove who she said she was and prove her date of birth, they wouldn't release nothing! Mom went 2 days without Neurological and Thyroid Meds..... NOT GOOD!The problem that I told the pharmacists is that my Mom is quarantined in her nursing home. They have had a COVID outbreak and its not safe for her to leave. Too BAD! No MOM, No Meds. So..... I got her out of bed, cleaned up, dressed, face covered and gloved up and brought her into the store. I had told them that she wasn't supposed to leave the retirement home and that she was high risk for having or getting COVID. I was speaking LOUDLY but they didn't seem to care and treated me more like a rude customer. SORRY BUT I THINK EXPOSSING YOUR STAFF AND STORE CUSTOMER BASEW TO COVID IS SERIOUS!!!I made sure Mom was covered and took all the precautions on our end.I made sure she was at least 10 ft from others and warned anyone in the vicinity. I did NOT however, see any of the pharmacists take any extra precautions or so much as warn any other patrons (mainly high risk seniors in line). Heck, they didn't even warn the staff. NOT COOL! Hope nobody in the Cuy Falls Giant Eagle Pharmacy gets sick! I warned them but I don't think they warned U.Maybe you guys should re-think a lil of your policies. I realize Med's are tightly controlled but you'd think any experienced pharmacist would understand that NO ONE if trying to fast one on ya by getting Alzheimer's and Thyroid Med's in order to abuse or re-sell them.Forcing my elderly mother to come in was un-kind and potentially dangerous to her, the Giant Eagle customers and to the Pharmacy staff. You better HOPE NO ONE GETS SICK OR DIES.

Awful service , nasty employees ! If you have too many . Many customers you should NOT be accepting people who transfer ! I moved and transfered my scripts here and have nothing but problems from them . I just looked at my metformin script they filled half of it for 15 days , didn't tell me and marked my refill off . That's just one of the mistakes and problems . 2 of the employees are so rude . ?

The Pharamacist Technician, Kim was very rude and has poor customer service skills. The pharmacy is normally fantastic, but Kim was not helpfulness.

I love the grocery Store but the level of service at the pharmacy is terrible. Unfortunately I’m goin to have to switch pharmacies which sucks because I like to just do a one stop shop.
