When you walk in there's a sign that says "you're going to love us" and we did!
We've lived in the falls for a very long time and never came in until about 2 weeks ago. 4 visits later with the most helpful friendliest sales staff you'll ever see (hi Joe and Tiffany!) we bought a new dining room set and all new furniture for our living room. We couldn't be happier. We'll have to find reasons to go back!

A nice family owned furniture store. Much bigger than it looks on the outside with a nice selection of quality furniture and all of the tables, lamps, art etc to go with it. We bought framed art and would also have bought a couch today had we a place to keep it while remodeling. We will definitely be back.

EDITED AFTER TALKING TO MANAGER:Peter was very kind & offered to ship the couch for free. He was very genuine & I could tell he cared. So the guys did deliver it, however they didn’t set it up for me. Tiffany told me in an email that they would and they didn’t. I was also told it would be delivered early afternoon & they didn’t get to my house until 3:45pm. I would consider that late afternoon, and was frustrated because I spent all afternoon waiting on it & had somewhere to be at 4. But all in all I have my couch & I love It.ORIGINAL REVIEW:They told me my couch would come in by April 15th when I ordered on March 26th. I was so excited because other companies had a longer wait time. April 15th came and I hadnt heard anything from anyone so I emailed them. Now they told me it wouldn’t be shipping until around May 6. I am completely disappointed because now my wait time is longer than if I would have went to other stores. The only thing they said they could do for me is cancel my order for a refund or come in & find another couch. When I only want ONE specific couch… so those options don’t work for me. I could have went with another company & had my couch before them, but now I’m stuck waiting. And I just moved into a new place so it’s so frustrating not having a place to sit. So just beware of their shipping times, because more than likely it will be longer than what they say and they won’t inform you unless YOU call & ask.

We shopped locally around Cleveland for living room furniture and found a set we loved. It was over $6k, so we decided to see if we could find it cheaper elsewhere. I stumbled upon Furniture Depot online and they were way lower! Because they weren't too far away, we went ahead and purchased. We received very friendly and timely emails from Tiffany about our purchase and delivery. They called us 20 minutes prior to delivery and the delivery men were very courteous and friendly. I can't say enough about this store. We will definitely be shopping there again!

So me and the wife have been looking for a mattress. We went to a couple chain stores and they were all pushy. So we have driven by the furniture depot alot and today we stopped in. The sales man was a good dude. But the hero was Cliff. He came over I told him about my back how my l5 s1 disc was out and he was like check this out. It was a recliner that had an amazing lumbar support. But we needed a bed and the adjustable frame. He said let me see something he comes back with a price that couldn't be beat along with free delivery and setup. He has earned a customer for life as he is a straight up honest guy. If your in need of furniture give this place a try. Go in see cliff and you'll walk oit a happy customer.
